We Understand there may be some questions about buying and shipping corals online. So, we hope to clear this up with any questions you may have. Below are some commonly asked questions.

All shipments are $49.99 Flat rate next day air with UPS for all live animal orders. All Dry goods will be at the current UPS rate.

We only ship Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday. Or Wednesday to be delivered Thursday. This is for the safety of the animals. In the event a package is delayed, not shipping close to the weekend means it won’t be sitting in a warehouse hub for multiple days.

We will work and communicate with you. You get to pick the date your package ships. Make sure you are around the day you package is supposed to arrive. This can be done on the scheduling page.

We cover all DOA with store credit. In order to be covered you must notify us within 2 hours of your package being delivered. Refer to the DOA section for more info.

YES! Visit us on TikTok. We will do live auctions or live sales from time to time. Follow us to stay informed.

Absolutely, If you’re local to us (Catawissa, PA) You can schedule local pickup. Make sure we know ahead of time so we can have your items ready. You must bring your own cooler!
